2010 Crop Quality

The 2010 Kansas Wheat Crop exceeded expectations in terms of quality and yield. Two institutions test grain samples throughout Kansas for quality; these are the International Grains Program at Kansas State University and the Plains Grains, Inc., Oklahoma.
